Seattle ontogeny studio apartment Stray Bombay has announced that co-op FPS The Anacrusis will launch in early access form in January on Xbox and PC.
You play as one of four people trapped on a heavy spaceship on the edge of space. You'll team to aspect alien hordes, with an AI number one wood that directs bosses, gadgets, weapons and Sir Thomas More. Think Left 4 Dead, but with aliens and a 1970's aesthetic in place of the undead. There's a good reason for that comparison though. Stray Mumbai is a studio founded by erstwhile Valve writer Chet Faliszek World Health Organization worked on both Left 4 Nonextant games as well as the Portal serial.
There's quite a little of things to put down it apart though, non least a clump of sci-fi weapons. These include stasis grenades, optical maser rifles and true respawners. You'll also find matter compilers that grant access to "mountain" of perks to change your playstyle. Some of these force your character, and some effect your weapons. The Anacrusis will launching connected January 13, 2022 via Steam Incipient Access on PC and Xbox Game Preview for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One.
